Reflection
This course was a big step in my learning, teaching me how to apply continuously advancing technology to business challenges. The most important skills I gained were learning how to make and use Decision Support Systems and how to make useful visuals out of data.
The main challenge was taking complicated ideas and condensing them into simple infographics, which I overcame by focusing on the strategic business value of each system. The spreadsheet modeling skills I gained will be essential in my accounting career, and this whole learning experience has helped me recognize the strong connection between business and technology, which gets me ready not just for my accounting career but also for perhaps running my own business someday.
